Can I get an item repaired?

We repair items sold by The Diamond Store only. Please read the below instructions carefully if you'd like to have an item repaired.

Our Repairs Procedure and Policy

If you’d like an item of jewellery that you have bought at The Diamond Store repaired, please follow these instructions:

  1. Contact us, quoting your ORDER NUMBER, and tell us what you’d like to have repaired.
    You can email us at customerservice@thediamondstore.com or message us through our Contact Page.
  2. Wait for our instructions on how to send the item back to us safely.
  3. Once we have the item, our jewellery experts will assess it. Please note that this may take up to 24 days.
  4. Once the assessment has been completed, we will offer you options on how to proceed with the repair.

Please note: We will always contact you via the email provided on the order to update you regarding your repair. However, if we do not hear back within 12 months, the item will be destroyed.

Our 5-Year Guarantee

Any defect in the craftsmanship of our jewellery is fully covered for 5 years from purchase. If a fault or a defect is found in the way our jewellery was crafted, we will correct the defect or exchange or remake the jewellery at no cost to you.

Wear and tear or accidental damage

Any wear and tear or accidental damage that is not caused by a fault in the craftsmanship of our jewellery is not covered by our 5 Year Guarantee.

To avoid the inconvenience caused by wear and tear or accidental damage to your jewellery, we recommend jewellery insurance.
