We repair items sold by The Diamond Store only. Please read the below instructions carefully if you'd like to have an item repaired.
If you’d like an item of jewellery that you have bought at The Diamond Store repaired, please follow these instructions:
Please note: We will always contact you via the email provided on the order to update you regarding your repair. However, if we do not hear back within 12 months, the item will be destroyed.
Any defect in the craftsmanship of our jewellery is fully covered for 5 years from purchase. If a fault or a defect is found in the way our jewellery was crafted, we will correct the defect or exchange or remake the jewellery at no cost to you.

Any wear and tear or accidental damage that is not caused by a fault in the craftsmanship of our jewellery is not covered by our 5 Year Guarantee.
To avoid the inconvenience caused by wear and tear or accidental damage to your jewellery, we recommend jewellery insurance.
