We offer FREE delivery on all UK & Northern Ireland orders.

UK delivery times:

We aim to dispatch all jewellery within 24 hours of receiving your order. Where possible, orders leave in the next available mail-out between Monday and Friday.

However, while we do keep a stock of the most popular items we sell, our rings come in 50 different sizes. As you can imagine it is impossible to stock every ring in every size. This means that we may need to handcraft a ring just for you or adjust the size of an item before we send it out.

If we’re unable to dispatch your order immediately we’ll give you an estimated dispatch date. Typically most of our items go out in a matter of days, but due to Covid-19, we are experiencing temporary delays and on some occasions making items can take us longer than normal.

In any case, we will always email you with a dispatch date within 4 hours* of receiving your order. (*This response time applies during our office opening hours, Monday to Friday, 8.15am – 5pm. If you place your order outside of these times we will contact you during the next working day.)

If you have a special UK delivery deadline

We will always work hard to meet any special delivery requirements you may have. Should our estimated delivery time not suit you, please contact us and we will try our hardest to meet your requirements.

If we cannot deliver by your special deadline, we will always let you know.

UK delivery method

For all UK orders we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service or DPD. These are secure, insured and speedy delivery methods. On dispatch we’ll email you with information on how to track your order.

Your jewellery is insured during transit. It will require a signature when delivered to the address you gave us.

We offer FREE European Union and International (Non UK) delivery on all orders.

European Union & International delivery times

If we’re unable to dispatch your order immediately we’ll give you an estimated dispatch date. Typically our alternative dispatch times (depending on the jewellery item you ordered) are either 3 days, 5 days or 7-10 days.

In any case, we will always email you with a dispatch date within 2 hours* of receiving .your order. (*This response time applies during our office opening hours, Monday to Friday, 8.15am – 5pm, UK time (GMT) . If you place your order outside of these times we will contact you during the next working day.)

Import duties and taxes

European Union – To make life easier for our EU customers, we will calculate the correct VAT and customs taxes and pay them on your behalf, so you don’t need to worry. Find out more about EU VAT and taxes here.

The rest of the world – If you place an order to a country outside of the UK, your country’s customs office may ask you to pay import duties and taxes on the jewellery upon arrival. Please note that you are liable to pay these and The Diamond Store is not responsible for any international duties or taxes incurred.
