For DPD deliveries (within UK & Ireland)

As we are shipping high-value products due to the nature of our brand, we want to ensure your parcel reaches you safely and securely. This is why we have upgraded our delivery security with DPD to include a pin code – this extra measure of protection works to ensure your item won’t be lost or stolen.

  • On the morning of your delivery, DPD will send you a one-hour time slot to your mobile number and email address, which includes a pin code. When the DPD driver arrives, they will ask for the pin code that was sent to you, to verify that you are recipient of the package. The DPD driver will not be able to hand over the parcel without the pin code.
  • Please note that due to the introduction of the pin code system, parcels cannot be left at a pick-up point, in a safe place, or with a neighbour.
  • If you are not at home during the time slot provided, you can re-arrange delivery via the DPD website or app, utilising the tracking number supplied.

For worldwide DHL deliveries (Non UK orders)

Non-UK orders are delivered by DHL/Global-e.

Due to the high-value nature of the packages being delivered, DHL/Global-e will not leave your item in a safe place or with a neighbour – it must be delivered to someone at the address on the package.

  • If you’re not at home when DHL attempts to deliver your package, you can re-arrange your delivery online to a different day that suits you better. To do so you’ll need your shipment number, the 14 letter & digit code you can find on your tracking information.
  • The courier who attempted to deliver your package will leave a calling card with further information about when they will re-attempt delivery, or information about how you can re-arrange this yourself.
