How do I check my order?

There are 3 ways to check the status of your order:

1. Log in with the email address and password you created when you made your first purchase. Then select the order you wish to check to view its status. Login here.

Our Customer Service Team works on orders from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Once we have processed your order, you will receive an email with an estimated dispatch date. Please note that we can only update you on your order if it has gone past the estimated dispatch date.
